As the name indicates, Bioinformatics is an interdisciplinary field,
which entails the formation and advancement of databases,
algorithms, computational and statistical techniques, and theory to
solve formal and practical problems resulting from the management
and analysis of biological data. The primary goal of bioinformatics
is to increase the understanding of biological processes.

The quality and freshness of food are critically important aspects
of human life. Surveillance of food safety and early food
contamination indicators play important roles in disease prevention
and maintaining human health. At the exact right moment, a
technology that accurately detects food freshness could alter the

Dr. Nidhin Sreekumar
mentors Accubits Invent as its Director and supervises all its RnD activities. He holds a doctoral degree in Chemical Engineering and has 10+ years of research experience.

is a multi-tasking researcher in the field of nanoscience and technology. He specializes in the experimental techniques for the preparation and characterization of functional nanomaterials and its applications.
